Is a non-steel hood available for the 02 Sport-Trac? One that is a direct replacement for the OEM steel unit ie no scoops, risers, etc.

I just copied/pasted the link from mobile on my phone. I guess it automatically adds the extra http in there.
And yes, I see now that they just wanted a plain hood that isn't steel. On that page right next to the one with scoops is a Carbon Fiber hood without scoops in it.
