Any suggestions on what to use to remove fine scratches from paint finish? I tried doing a small spot on the back part of my trac with Maguire's scratch remover ,its the cream colored light abrasive , and it dulled that spot just enough to tell when you look at it close up . I 'm afraid to do it any more . There use to be a product called Black magic years ago which I used and it did a perfect job but I cant find that product any more ,that was about 40 years ago .

Go to Napa and get their products you want micro finish buffing compound you can use a orbiting well for or do it by hand that stuff works so well on any polycarbonate and Plexiglas products such as dust covers for my turntables and headlight covers on cars with any scratches from small ones and oxidation on plastic and paint

I’ve been using this stuff for over 40 years
