rear power window

Just wondering if its possible to operate the rear window so that it can be stopped in any position instead of the factory setting of either up or down.

there was 1 person who modified the motor to do that, it was probably 10+ years ago. But it does bypass the safety going up and obviously other factors But if you know enough about it you can do it.

It might be a unique idea, but. I have never found the need for it. Vent and up or down, has been sufeciant.
I would'not wont to bypass the safety feature. Even though I rarely have rear passengers.
