I'm confused. How can nearly 2 million democrats get into Washington DC in sub freezing temps in 1 day when 200,000 couldn't get out of New Orleans at all with 85 degrees and four days notice?

I have friends in Kentucky who are hopping mad that no one is coming to their aid.
