Question 1: Why don't rear reading lights work?

Juast noticed that the interior lights over the rear seats do not come on at all. According to manual (which I am hating more each time I use it) they should come on when door opens or by switch or the dimmer control as wel using remote entry system.



Front interior lights come on O.K. as does the one over the cargo bed.



So what gives?

Maybe the bulb's burnt out. Do the two map lights on it work?

I think is is talking about the map lights, Larry. The better question is, does the rear dome light (the center) come on? If not, it's not the bulbs, it is probably a bad ground.

Bulbs are in. Vehicle is a 2004 with only 3000 miles on it. Still smells like new.



I don't think they ever came on. Bought it last Sept.

Will take it to dealer, I guess, tomorrow.

I had this problem, bad ground/corrosion. Take apart the rear light assembly and reinstall. My probles was a little corrosion on the screws that hold it in are also the grounds.
