pull the fuse

There is a strong vibration in my wife's Jeep when I apply the brakes. The pulsation feels a bit like the ABS engaging, even though I don't push hard. I want to pull the ABS fuse to see if anything changes but want your opinion first. What do you think?

It could be bad rotor or something But pulling the fuse is ok.

Loose wheel?

Loose caliper?

Pulling the fuse only disables the ABS. The brakes will still work normal.
