PCV hose

Hey guys,

Does anyone know where to buy a PCV hose? I have a HUGE crack / tear in the elbow of that hose? I've googled it to death, and can't seem to find a part # or a place to buy it.

Is the part number for this different for the 2003 model? Everywhere I look, the above part number says it is for the '04-'05 models.

Yes, I just replaced mine today and it has a different part number, but it fit!
