I went to a shop today to have my annual state inspection done on my ST. A few minutes in, a guy came & told me the computer had too many "not ready" codes showing up to complete inspection. He said this can be caused by disconnecting the battery, a dead battery or even jumping another vehicle. To reset the compy, I have to do some kind of driving cycle to basically re-initialize it.
Its been over a week since I did anything to affect the battery in such a was as described. A week of commuting between work & home, as well as running standard errands. How much driving/what kind of driving do I need to do to get the computer ready for inspection? Any experience?
