Noise Under Dash

Getting an intermittent noise under my dash. Sound something is spinning. Goes and comes when I speed up and slow down. Any idea?

Could you be a little more specific? For example, what year is your vehicle? Not trying to be a wise guy but the engine spins, its sort of under the dash and it spins faster when you speed up. See what I mean?

Gen 1 Cruise Control cable vibrated when engaged until zip tied down.

2004 ford sport trac xls tried remove the lower trim piece to look up dash. Looks like need to remove the trim around the cluster panel

I had a loose bolt under the plastic kick panel under the steering wheel. It would rattle as I drove and took forever to find.
