Need Help with installing amp and sub

Can anyone guide me with specific instructions on how to install an under the passenger's side rear seat subwoofer and an amp for my '02 ST. I'm not good with electrical wiring and such! haha I looked through the projects section, but I'm still confused. Pictures would be great too!

Okay.....you got me. I need help from the pile of materials! haha I've got a box with 10" Sony xplod sub. I've got an older amp......might have to buy a new one though so any suggestions on a reasonably priced one is great.

I ran my wiring from the battery through the firewall and up under the center console. I ran through the cup holders cut under the rubber floor and ran the wire up the back to under the seats. The wiring is out of the way but I do plan on mounting my amp where the factory sub was.
