mounting location for scuba bazooka

hey guys, i've really wanted to install one of those bazooka tubes (the ones that look like a scuba tank) in my ST. problem is, i have no idea how or where i'd mount it. any ideas?

Under the seat would be the only place if you didnt want to give up any passenger space. Here is a picture of what my box under the seat is. It come out about 13 inches (12"sub) and is about 5 inches tall.

i think they come with the brackets but im not sure. i want to get one for my chevy and use the brackets to make it stand verticle, but im not sure if they come with one, saw one with a cloth bandage around it and saw some with the brackets.
