Intermittent Dash Reads test

my dash sometimes is displaying "TEST". Sometimes all gauges are out except for tracometer. My radio will also go off. You will also not be able to open or close windows. When radio comes back on Windows work and Dash Reads Test. Any one else have similar issues?

What year? If 2004-05 with a digital odometer it's a somewhat common issue.
