Interior Dash Lights

So the greenish light behind my speedo and rpm gauge is starting to die out on me. At first I thought it was cause I was drunk last night, but no, they're really dying on me (just kidding).



Anyone know how to replace the bulb back there? or if there is a project on it? It looks like it could be a real pain in the next to remove the whole dash and stuff to get back in there.
