I have a question, I purchased a couple of brand new bumper inserts for my rear 2004 Sport Trac bumper. They are the inserts on the left and right top of bumper that have the octagon bumps all over. Not sure what the exact name of the part is, but how to you remove the old ones? is there a trick? Thanks so much!
