HID HEADLIGHTS

Ok well i put in HID headlights in my truck and since you dont hook up the old harness to the HID bulbs its reading there is an open circuit. So my sensor light comes on saying i need to check my headlights. is there anyway i can close that circuit without putting in a bulb and hiding it. Is there a way i can make those sensors get off?

Probably a resistor will work as it will look like a load simulating a bulb.
