I would never buy an EcoBoost anything. If faced with buying a new truck I would not currently consider buying a Ford because they are pursuing a bad technology. EcoBoost gas pigs don't have a hope of competing with a turbo diesel.
Are you listening Ford?
Turbo diesel 2016 Sport Trac.....
I test drove a new Colorado a few weeks back, boy that was a nice ride. . .
I saw the new gmc canyon up close and personal today. I thought it looked good, until I saw the inverted water trap powerdome on the hood. Then those ugly sqaure cut fender openenings....
What's up fellas? I've been out of here for a while...driving a Nissan Frontier...all in all, a superior vehicle to the gen 1 ST but I still loved my ST so much better.
Anyway, I just looked at the pickup sales numbers. Looks like Ford putting all their eggs in the F series basket is not working out as expected. Chevy/GMC full size truck sales going up, unaffected by their midsize cousins...
Nissan Frontier seems to have taken a hit from the Colorado/Canyon combo. I'm not gonna lie, I've been looking at them...:banghead: I miss the ST...
Well, the frontier is why I looked at and bought a trac. I rented one in south Carolina in 2001. A few people. Up here in the snow belt are worried about corrosion. Ford seems to think people will buy an f150 saying it gets just as good mileage, so buy! What they're not comprehending is we don't want a large truck. perhaps they need to bring back the Ranchero
