HELP NEED PIN

I need an x-plan pin before i get screwed on my new SCREW, to make a long story short i have been having problems with every dealer i have went to but at the last one i went to today i founsd what i wanted and told them of all the problems i have had and that i was told i can get an x-plan price based on where i work but my company had no knowledge of it , so after we agree on all the details as i am leaveing the lot the sales guy comes out and says that i need an x-plan pin and thats after i was very clear that i had no way of getting one ,so i bet that when i go back they tack on 4-6k to the price if i dont get one PLEASE HELP, this has been the worst buying exerieance i have ever had
