HEAT AND AC PROBLEMS

Im lost. Im have heat and ac problems the back vent push out heat and ac just fine. My front ones are the problem heat and ac barely work.. Im not overheating at all so mechnical wise i tbink im fine no wet passenger floorboard. One week both were working great then i was sittin at idle with one of the other on and there was an awful buring smell turned it off and then as time went on the both slowed to a light breeze coming out of the vents. Ac works a little better when im up to speed but not what it used to be heat is almost non-existent all vaccums line are good still i have pressure still i can put my fan speed to 4 and slim to nothing comes out of vents

you need to finnish your profile. What year is your Trac.

On the '01 to '05 model some might be the fan resistor. It is under the hood at the connector.

The other can be the blend door not working. Or the hot water valve.
