Gauge cluster fuse blown

Just had my gauge cluster repaired through circuit board medics. I keep blowing the #5 fuse anytime the running lights are on either in drl or manual. Did not have this issue before. I replaced the headlight switch and that didn't fix it. Can't see any sign of damaged wiring.

Unplug the dash and re connect it. IF not maybe they soldered something wrong,
