Are you sure they weren't influenced by those to go to the music/auto shop/etc programs? You can never say any program is a total failure, nor can you declare any program 100% success. ("This one time, at Band Camp...") </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>I do agree you do have to look at the succes vs failure rate and make a decision based on those. But have you seen any studies of failure vs success for all the programs or are you relying only on your personal observations?</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>BTW: just so we are on the same page...
