That is the 4x4 pan and filter, I instaled on my 4x2. Holds almost 2 extra qts. I got mine from amazon for $44. It has A large drain plug. also it is very sturdy. Not cheap thin metal. Posisbly thicker than the OEM. No worry about stressing the bolt holes.
 
Started this thread and five days later this gets posted on EF. What's the benefit of powder coating or painting the INSIDE of ANY pan that holds oil?
