My 2002 Sports Trac has body damage to the right front grill, bumper cover, headlight and right front fender. I want to fix it myself. Please help with instructions and after market parts. Does anyone have any shop made custom ideas for home fabricated front bumper, grill and some type of round headlights for a custom look?

Not exactly an answer to your question, but I would call a junk yard and ask if they can get replacement parts.
