Yesterday noticed that I can no longer set the cruise control. Then noticed that the door locks do not engage when in drive.

Two symptoms with possibly one cause.

Door locks work fine with buttons and remote.

Any suggestions?

When you attempt to use cruise control does the green cruise control indicator light on the dash flash for about a millisecond? If so it is probably the brake pressure switch on the master brake cylinder.

As to the auto locks, when I bought my '05 the autolock was not working. It turned out previous owner had turned the feature off because there was an exposed wire in the drivers door making the locks lock and unlock themselves on their own while driving. It was a simple fix.

No visible flash on the dash.

Both locks and cruise control were working last week. Something has changed.

Maybe you've already checked, but any chance they're on the same fuse?

I ain't going outside to check my fuse box diagram, it's dark and cold out there.

Can only find one fuse for cruise control, and it is good.

any other suggestions, although six inches of snow out there now.
