Can't find the heater control valve

I have an issue where my 02 ford sport trac heat os blowing cold air and I've replaced the door blend actuator and it did not solve the problem, now I bought a heater control valve , but I can't find it in the engine bay, is there a picture some one can send out? Or the exact place of it? I've read online some say it's under the passenger mud flap, I have to take off? And the pictures on google are not accurate as they show ford explorers or expeditions . Need help . Thanks

Thats' weird, my heater caontrol valve is in the engine compartment. At the firewall, next to the blower...

They Moved it from around 2003.......
