Is it okay to grease the the area where the camber kits were installed? I sometimes hear a squeek/groan when the truck rocks back after stopping. The noise never existed prior to kit installation so I'm thinking they are the culprit.

If the bushings are rubber, dont use anything petrolem based. It will detioriate the bushings. A good synthetic spray lube would be good, Silicone or etc. would work for poly or rubber. Deffinitly dont use WD-40 on rubber suspension components. I found out the hard way years ago... A-Arm bushings turned to mush and fell out..
