Anyone running 17x9s?

I'm probably going to get new wheels soon, and I'm thinking about 17x9. Anyone running these, I'm thinking about getting bigger tires too, probably a 265 series so I can run some snow tires on my 16s the same size in the winter.

17x8 here, with 265/70/17 tires. I'm lowered 3/2 and it rubs a ton.

Then I would hope not lowered I wouldn't rub. Thanks for the reply.

I have 17x9 with 285/70/17 tires with about 6" of suspension lift. No rubbing at all

I have 17x9 rims with 285/60R17 tires. They didn't rub hardly at all at stock height. I'm now lowered 3/2 like Jeff. Here's how they looked at stock height.
