I added a power driver's seat from a '97 or '98 Explorer to my '02 Sport Trac that didn't have power seats. The upholstery doesn't match the original, but I use seat covers anyway. I don't use the cigarette lighter except to charge my phone on rare occasions, so I tapped into the wires for it to power the seat. 1 wire for power, and 1 for ground, unless you get a seat with the power lumbar or heat. I recommend staying away from the power lumbar unless you can test it before you buy. The 1st seat I bought had it. The pump works, but the bag doesn't hold air, so I bought a seat with manual lumbar.
