I have a 2004 sport trac with 133K miles. My question is should I look into getting the timing chain and tensioners replaced ? And if it’s making noise, would it be upon starting up ? Or after it has warmed up ? Thanks for any advice

I have 2003 sport trac 2wd 112K and been thinking about changing the transmission fluid and filter. There are no issues with it right now but I do pull a 3000lb travel trailer occasionally, and towing capacity is 5500lbs with a factory trans cooler.I even turn the overdrive off when pulling it...
