Thanks all, I ended up selling it to the guy from NC, but he drove all the way up here to pick it up- shipping turned out to be really expensive.

So the locks work, just the cables going from the lock cylinders to the latches were frozen when I bought the truck back in 2012. So instead of paying big bucks to replace the parts, I used some plastic coated wire rope and some crimps to make a couple of pull cables that run from the latches...

Trying this again with smaller pics...Gen 1 OEM folding tonneau cover with all mounting latches and hardware. Lock cables were frozen, so I attached cables to underside of back half of cover, so it's still securely locked with the tailgate locked. Just pull on loops and cover opens. Asking...

Well it wasn't the switch being dirty- took it apart, cleaned it, greased the slide mechanism for the fog lights- still nothing. No interior illumination, no fog lights. I tried it in auto and manual light settings. I saw a used switch on EBay for 15, will buy that and try it next. I will...

Looking for any help or insight- I have an '04 ST with approx 80K miles, all of a sudden the illumination on the rotary switch for the parking lamps/headlamps/fog lights stopped lighting up, and the fog lights no longer work either! Seems like a strange combination of problems...The fog light...

Gen 1 OEM tonneau cover with all hardware to install included. Key-operated locks didn't work when I bought the ST in '12, so instead of paying big $$$ to fix I modified the back half with wire rope and crimps. Just pull towards each other and back half pops open using the release mechanisms...
