Hello I need some help. My 2001 Sporttrac drivers side door handles inside and outside are broken. I have to climb through the passenger side door to get in and out. I am not very do it yourself. I need some suggestions on how to fix please. Thank you

I have a 2001 ford explorer sport trac. Im still new to all of this.I had my heater core replaced, because I had fumes and smell coming through vents inside. There is no smell but my heat is still not working. What do I need to do?
