I'm having a leak in the front part of the headliner. I seen drips coming front the curtesy light that sits on above the rear view mirror. I suspect it is coming from the roof rack. What a piss pore design. Great idea but the way the roof rack seal has a lip around the entire leg of the rack...

Did Ford ever produce locks as an option for the boxes in the truck bed?

The problem with the air intake on the 4.0 is the restriction in the MAP/MAF section of air pipe. I wonder if you could do a dual bypass so there's a equal draw on the stock side & bypass, then add a MAP/MAF Sensor Enhancer? Just a thought......
