Took it in to a local shop. It was actually the coil. But I had them replace the spark plugs anyways. Either I was lucky or they had problems and didn't tell me. Still not cheap, they used original ford spark plugs at something like 20 bucks each! Truck is running nice.

So my 2008 needs new spark plugs. How can I tell if mine has the later model heads? Door says mfg date of 02/08. I am guessing I am out of luck. :)

My factory bed cover with the two locking keys had the flapper on one of the key protectors finally tear off (overuse). Anyone know a part number, availability and if this is a difficult swap? (I am pretty good with tools)

THe driver side door doesn't close smoothly. The hinge sometimes 'catches' and makes a loud popping sound. Is this easy to fix?

I think mine is leaking. I am a skilled shade tree mechanic but mostly on cars from last century. How hard is it to swap the radiator? Any special tools for the connectors or anything?

The driver side mirror came back 'loose' from the auto detailer. It's the mirror itself. It still kind of works when you used the switch but it seems to 'stick out' further than it should and is not firm, it kind of flops around a bit. Any thoughts? 2008

Pretty easy job overall. I used the cermaic pads from autozone and new brake rotors. Cost about $150.

yes, I tried using the 'factory code'. If I understand this correctly it is on a sticker on my owners manual but that doesn't seem to work. I have disconnected the battery. I will try again and be really fast about it. ;)
