My Ford owner page said I had a sync update available but could only be installed by a Ford dealer. I had it installed at the dealer but my owner page still says an update is available. Anyone else have this situation happen? ( I haven't gotten back in touch with my service writer about this yet...

I had that problem on my old gen 1. Replaced the turn signal/wiper control stalk. That fixed it.

I know exactly what you mean Steve. I had a white gen 1 and now a white gen 2 both had the streaking problem. Mine showed the most from the center tie-down. I had assumed that was caused by something coming from the center fold in the tonneau cover. I am not sure but now I figure it is either...

I just paid $2.92 for regular here in Tappahannock today.

When I had my 2001 I got a squeak from the front end. My mechanic found it was from the ball joints. They are "sealed" so he used a needle and injected some grease in them. Problem solved. :banana:
