John, You can take the locks to a competant lock smith and they can re-key it to your ignition key. Should cost around $25.00 or so. That's what I did.

I would also have the drums cut even if there not scored. Not hard to do just make sure you have all the correct tools. Makes life a lot easier.

I would also check the front wheel bearings.

I had the same sound, sounds like a rod knock, it may be your timing chain tensioner. Thats what my problem was.

You also may have a bad ABS sensor, which has happened to me. The best way to check this is to use a scanner. You cant do it with a cheap scanner, it has to be one of the high end ones.
