Parts For Sale Bed Cover- Gen2

Judging from your previous posts appears to be PICK UP only. Agree, it would be crazy and stupid expensive to ship anywhere.

New to me 2002 Sport Trac

^ All U.S. states are different regarding front license plates. Check your local DMV (Cansda?) for requirements. Your 2003 keyless entry code should be found in the link below. IIRC, the rear storage compartment RKE code was only for early build 2001 (Job 1) Sport Tracs...

What did you do to your Sport Trac today?

^ Good tip. Many don't maintain locks until they stop working. Don't know if you used the same product, but I use Lock-Ease in a 3 ounce aerosol spray with tube. Also clean the door latches and lube with white lithium spray. I lube all four door locks and latches every two years because of our...

    My 2003 Explorer Sport Trac XLT 4.0L V6 4x4

I like Moog's premium "Problem Solver" line too. Like other brands, Moog's issue has always been their rubber boots failing long before the actual ball joint or outer tie rods. It's hit or miss whether Moog will warranty the ball joint because of a faulty boot. There are no direct replacement...

    Almost New 05 Sport Trac

Unbelievable you SCORED a 2005 with 12,500 miles. How did you determine that it needs new torsion bars? Not very common at any mileage. Did you try tightening the torsion bolts to get desired ride height? Much more common with 2001-05 Sport Tracs to have weakened or flattened rear leaf springs...

What did you do to your Sport Trac today?

IMO, the right and only choice using the factory Ford Workshop Manual and Wiring Diagrams. Using a Haynes or a Chiltons book helps if you're in a pinch, but doesn't belong in the same pic. LOL

    Windshield washer pump fuse?

Electrical connector, and two spray outlets. Replace if you don't hear the pump. IIRC, no designated pump fuse. https://www.explorerforum.com/forums/threads/washer-pump-not-working.466505/

    Body Lift Questions & Concerns

Great info @dvdswan Also VERY important to check alignment after changing ride height. Camber and caster is affected any time the torsion bolts are adjusted. Installing camber kits is also recommended for ease of alignment. 1-1/2 degree camber kits should be adequate for a 2-1/2 to 3 inch...

    Oil Leak onto Exhaust

May be the rear main seal. Mine leaks less than 1/2 pint annually, but occasionally drips on the front catalytic converter when moving and smells up the cab. A tell tale sign are oil drips on the bottom of the bell housing. I'll live with it until it gets much worse. Just can't see lifting the...

    Replaced Control Arms, now this..

^ @kent Gorham OP @Chris TosteJr mentioned replacing upper and lower control arms in the first post. Ball joints are included in UCA and LCA assemblies. Also failed to mention the brand. If they were Dorman, Detroit Axle, or other lower tier replacements early failures would NOT surprise me.

    swap interior parts ??

Most plastic body parts are getting very scarce and some times can only be found in well stocked salvage yards, ePay, or sites like car-part.com or Hollander Parts. @mr.iluv5layers Your 2005 XLS center console is missing the soft bag. They can still be found used but expect to pay $50 or more...
