    Bed Extender Hardware

Does anyone know whether the bed extender for a 2007-2010 Trac requires any hardware to be attached to the truck? I was under the impression that the mounts that the extender snaps onto come with the truck. I am selling my bed extender, but I didn't remove any hardware from the truck before I...

    2007-10 OEM Bed Extender

Uh...not sure. I thought the attachments came stock on the truck. Am I wrong on that? I didn't remove anything from the truck before I traded it.

    2007-10 OEM Bed Extender

About 7 hours if the traffic is light. The shipping might be less if you're in TX, though.

    2007-10 OEM Bed Extender

Selling my Gen 2 OEM bed extender. It has never been used and has been sitting in the garage for 2 1/2 years. Traded in the Trac and don't need it anymore. Asking $125. I can ship it FedEx ground for $50 bubble wrapped. Probably closer to $80 in a box.

    Islam and US

Oh, Please! Rush Limbaugh has a discussion board for these sorts of things, doesn't he? Obama is not a Muslim! Why does this discussion board contstantly turn into a forum for angry right wing rants? I consider myself to be somewhat conservative on a number of issues, but most of the political...

    Geico insurance

USAA is great if you qualify (requires military service, past or present). I've been with them for 16 years, with no complaints. Their rates are some of the best in the industry and so is their customer service.

    Useful Electric Vehicle

I thumbed through the catalog for these at the Ford dealership. While the outside is weird, its the inside that makes it so cool. The whole cargo area is designed around a system of racks, slide-outs, storage boxes, etc. You can configure it all kinds of ways depending on what you need. They...

World's smallest cars hope to gain popularity

The thought of Fiats driving around the US (or sitting on the roadside broken) again makes me shudder a bit. I guess it would stimulate the economy by providing employment to mechanics named Tony, though (FIAT=Fix It Again Tony). :D

    Another Energy Plan Cancelled

Extracting oil from shale deposits is very expensive, and was only economically viable when gas prices were high. Oil shale operations in Utah and Texas are in danger of shutting down because its no longer cost effective with the current low gas prices. Plus, several of the proposed oil leases...

Off Topic - Human & Cockroaches?

Cockroaches are crunchy, and high in protein, so yes they do have beneficial effects on humans if you eat them!

The front looks nice, but those taillights would still look big if you put them on a motorhome!

    Question to Ponder

Jeez! How dare those damn hurricane victims accept federal aid! And to think, they let them stay free in the Superdome. The whole thing stinks of socialism!:wacko:

    Ranger concept

Interesting...I was the one who posted the last thread wondering about a new Ranger. It does look a little over the edge, but a production model would probably be a little less wild. At least they are putting some thought into the next mid-size truck. With the Sport Trac on the way out in 2011...

    Question to Ponder

I guess I should have kept my Subaru and joined their forum. I didn't realize Sport Tracs were only for Republicans. I've sure figured it out now!

    Question to Ponder

I wasn't aware a category 4 hurricane struck DC during the inaguration. I guess I wasn't watching Fox News.

Obomian world...now this is funny IMO!

Still better than Bush. It looks like Joe the Plumber used his new "socialized healthcare" to get hair replacement surgery before he produced this one, not to mention his others like "Obama's the Antichrist". Wasn't this an actual story on Fox News? Looks "fair and balanced" to me!

    any one tryed this

The customer reviews are SO important to look at. When I was looking for a "little" 26" LCD for my bedroom, I did my research and ended up buying a Vizio from Wal Mart, instead of a pricey name brand. The Vizio (in that size at least) had HUGE reviews, while some of the big name brands looked...

Sometimes I LOVE UPS! Now With Pics!

Yeah, I know how you felt. I had some doubts about my ARE's before I finally saw them on my truck. My only regret was not getting larger diameter tires, but you got it right on yours!
