On my '07 v6 4x4 i'm getting around 16 city and 18 highway. ive got a little over 13,000 on it right now and have been around that mileage the whole time. I could probably get better mileage but i'm always racing my friend m3 bmw. needless to say i always lose but its still fun.

Leaving work yesterday on base i went up to my 07 ST and saw a white business card. Sure enough it was a mysporttrac card. Just wondering if the person who game me the card would like to meet up someday and cruise or get a meet together for mayport/jacksonville area. Omerta

I have the V6 also but i am only getting around 17 highway and 15.8 city. The lower numbers a probably because i have the 4x4 model. Right now i have about 5500 miles on her.

I've had my Trac for almost 2 months now and between going to Asheville, NC and Sarasota, Fl from Jacksonville constantly i've collected 5200 miles thus far. Every mile has handled as good as the first. No complants whatsoever... besides gas but thats a given.

thank you all for your advise... as for your question Todd Z and Rodger (& Georgia) i havent driven the old Sport Trac and i am happy with the ride but i was a little worried about going off roading with the stock shocks... i guess i would feel happier with aftermarket shocks... but you guys...

So ive decide to go with either the Rachro RSX or the Monroe Reflex for my '07 4x4, there in lies the problem. This is the first vehicle that i have completly owned myself and i am kinda new to the whole parts thing. Anyway i cannot seem to find which part/part number that would fit my Sport...

When i bought my '07 sport trac 4x4 i asked the dealer about the 4x4 auto. I was told that when in auto about 90% of the power goes to the rear wheels. there is no way to make it 100%.

Just wondering if anyone had a suggestion on make and model for a brush guard for an '07 SVT 4x4. Would me much appreciated. Thanks
