I'd rather just not make those sharp turns anymore. Take a wide turn if needed. That is what I do in my 35s. Spacers are iffy, I have them on my ranger. I have rubbing on my 35s every left turn I make... worse when I hit a bump while turning. It just hits the fender. LMAO

2004 STA 4x4 with 187,000 miles (factory engine/transmission/transfer case) Had gotten the codes for this in the past when I got to 185,000 miles. Changed everything possible including PCV hose and sensor, plugs, wires, coil pack, Intake gaskets and O2 sensors. Cleaned everything possible...

I once had a misc metal squeal in the front brakes. Thought it was the dust shield... What it boiled down to be was... the metal shims that you used to set the brake pads into the caliper. The shim was coming in contact with the rotor.

These clusters have been having issues since 1995. My ranger with about 300k miles has gone through about 10 of these clusters. I just bought another one. Eventually going to switch everything over to Auto-meter. My 04 ST at 187k, hasn't yet.

How many miles do you have on the factory cluster? I have a 2004 factory cluster and it has yet to fail. I am sure it will, as my cluster on my 95 ranger, has failed about 10 times. Back the ST. I have about 187,000 miles with no problems yet with the cluster.

I'm currently at 190k with original motor and trans, but feel with current upgrades I have made that it won't be long until those quit. Upgrades pertain to the fact I am running 35x12.50-20x9 (tire-wheel combo)

Interesting.... Do you have part number for thing it is connected to? The throttle I guess, that is what its called. It has a TIT at the end where this red thing connects onto but the TIT is broken off.

In the photo... the thing with the red... what does that do? I noticed while under the hood today, that it isn't staying connected to the throttle. Looks like the tip on the end of throttle is broken off. Trying to decide on either replace or jerry-rig it back on. [Broken External Image]:

So i replaced the coolant overflow tank. It had a crack in it. The hose to it also had a cut in it. I still seem to have a leak coming from above the headers where the aux heater bracket is mounted at the block. None of the hoses look to be leaking.

I do not have an adjust options tab after selecting the 87 octane tune. Just says begin or cancel.

So on my 04, my od button didnt work either. I also didnt have reverse lights. Turned out that they use the same fuse. Fixed it. I couldn't find the fix. Paid someone else to do it. I do not know which fuse it is. Do you have reverse lights?

Looks like a I have a bit of leak on the coolant res tank where the small hose connects to the overflow tank. Found online the tank for about 55 and the hose for 15. Truck has been sitting outside all day, and not turned on. And the it is leaking.
