I have a place in mind, but the humidity and the population may be a problem. Tampa, Florida. Beautiful scenery, beautiful winters, low crime, decent cost of living. There are many areas in the surrounding area without the population problem but you can't escape the humidity.

To add on to what Darin said, the transmission is also from Honda. Take that how you will. From experience, their engines are top notch but haven't had the same luck with their transmissions. My mother has one though and loves it.

I hear you man but you know how some people are with buying cars. I sold my '90 CRX with no engine and a transmission that was shot for 1500 dollars when it was probably worth 12. Some kid or someone would probably but it for 21k.
