Have a 2008 Sport Trac. Yesterday the fog lights suddenly quit working. The 15 amp fuse in the underhood fuse box is not blown. There is also a fog lamp relay in the fuse box. Could that be the problem and is there a way to tell?

I am continually getting a code P401 EGR malfunction. Does this mean I need a new EGR valve? It is hard to change? Looked on YouTube and it seems like it's not too bad but you have to take the throttle body off to get to it. Thanks.
