    Its dead :(

It started to over heat a couple of weeks earlier. Added some coolant (no leaks found) temp was fine and then on the morning it died, steam was coming from the thermostat housing area. After towing, letting it cool down, etc., it would turnover but not crank (definitely appeared to be the chain).

    Its dead :(

Well, after 230,831 miles, my 2001 ST gave it up :( She died under the 5th runway overpass at ATL airport. I found out that the police (Homeland Security) are not happy with folks that stop under the runway....d'oh! Anyway, I sold it to another ST fan that was looking for a project. It was sad...

    Help! Dumb Rotor Question

OK...The inner oil seal. How much tappong should it take to seat it properly? I get it seated almost all the way around but I don't want to damage it. Do I just "drive it home"? Thanks (can you tell I've never done this before? )

    Help! Dumb Rotor Question

Thanks Todd. One more head scratcher... I bought new rotors and bearings. On the inner side of the rotor it looks like there is an outer race already in the rotor. But, my bearing came with an outer race. What do you think? Thanks

Am in process of changing brakes and rotors. 2001 4x2. What's the trick to remove wheel hub grease cap? There really doesn't seem to be room to get a screwdriver behind it to pry it off. Thanks!

    ECM Puked

Coastie, You guessed good. That's my engine. I guess my only concern is when I hook the replacement up, what if I fry it? Not sure what causes them to go but the engine light came on about 4 months ago but the van runs fine ( made a trip to the store, came back out, cranked up and the light was...

    ECM Puked

My wife's 2001 Chrysler Voyager Check Engine code indicates an internal computer failure. All the research I've done indicates I will need to change the computer. If I go to the dealership it will cost between $850-1000. I've found a couple of companies on-line that will repair your computer...
