    Complete 01 4x4 for sale

Long story; I have an 01 Sport Trac 4x4... I am the original owner. I relocated from CO to VA and it doesn't pass the strict vehicle inspection here (biggest reason; ball joints, non functional e-brake, exhaust rust through, wheel bearings, and a slew of 'minor stuff'... i.e. headlights are...

Any running 285 75 16's with a TT/Shackle and NO spacers or BL?

I figured I would need spacers to run them on the stock 16's. Your truck looks good with them. Do you have a 3" BL with Shackles and TT?

    Trail Ride March 2009

Nice pics man... looks like it was a blast. I don't envy the cleanup though! I'm glad to see some pics of the Grabbers as I intend to use them - dirty!

    Anyone running General Grabber AT-2's?

Thanks for the pics Sean and BigD... I think I'm sold on them. I think they'll be comparable to the Pro Comps I'm currently running. :)

Any running 285 75 16's with a TT/Shackle and NO spacers or BL?

Are any of you running a 285 75 16 tire on stock wheels with a TT/Shackles and NO wheel spacers or body lift? If so, how do they fit? Require any trimming, etc? Thanks!! This is the size I really want to run, but was told I would have to have spacers with. I have stock 01 five stars I...

    Anyone running General Grabber AT-2's?

I wondered if anyone is running these. I currently have Pro Comp AT's that I've been stoked with, but I have a neighbor with a full service shop and he's offered to help give me a deal on (whatever) tires. First off, I actually wheel my ST quite a bit and I was dead set on another set of Pro...

    Got a Ruger LCP

Nice review Caymen, I'm not familiar with the LCP at all - although it's a spitting image of the Kel-Tec. I'm just happy there's other shooters who aren't afraid of posting of posting their finds on here, I wish I were closer... I always enjoy the chance to shoot something odd/different. :)...

    question on factory door locks

It should work for both (the keyless entry and ford alarm) as a factory item, I don't believe mine has a seperate 'brain' either per se.

How do I change a bulb located under my gauge cluster?

Wow... that doesn't sound bad at all... I will have to (later) request that this project be copied to another section; although it does fit under maintenance, it could easily be under electrical or even lighting. Thanks again.

How do I change a bulb located under my gauge cluster?

Dude, thanks JD.... boy that was lucky timing! :) Although I can't do it tonight, at least I can read up now on how to do it. Thanks again!

How do I change a bulb located under my gauge cluster?

I looked for a member project and couldn't find one on how to take the dash apart to replace the bulbs under my tachometer. I'm sure there is one, I just couldn't find it!! :) This evening my tach. went dark but all the other lights appear lit when my lamps are on. Does anyone know which...

    Moog End Links Install Question

I can't remember either; I used two crescent wrenches and a pair of channel locks when I did mine though.

    Anyone run 235 85 16 tires?

Well; I was looking at Pro Comp AT's.... I've had such great performance from mine in 32x11.50 that now I am going back to 16's I wanted to run them. As I noted; Discovery's (that wheel anyways) may often run this size (the 235 85's) because they are challenged in the width they can run without...

Sahara Wrangler wheels on a 2001 Trac

I don't have experience with the 15x7's; do you know the backspacing? I would caution you to test fit them first as some 15" wheels can be REAL tight around the 2001 front rotors (my 15x8's with a 3.75" backspace have managed to get the brake pad retaining shim clips bent back from snow or ice...
