A Pic of my weight loss Journey !!!

Here I am !! Up until now I really haven't shared too many pictures of my journey! While I am a work in progress, these pictures show just how far I've come in 8 short months!... I am 125 lbs lighter and feeling great. I also have to thank my pit crew for all their love and support !!!

I can tell all of you that it been an amazing journey by his side!!!! I am so proud, inspired and horned to be on this road with the most amazing man I know!!!!!! Still more to go so keep up the good work!!!!! I love you :love::supercool::haveabeer:

The things that are moving you on this "journey" will get you to a point of fitness...and keep you there. These "lifestyle changes" will become our new "lifestyle", if they haven't already.



Todd, I'm sure you won't, but many do think of weight loss and diets as being "goal oriented", and when they reach the goal the work is done and the things done to get there aren't required anymore nor are they done anymore.



Keep it up, brother. You look GREAT!
