Bill and Ken Im on your side. There is prejudice and auto guilt when you drive certain cars. I live in texas land of rednecks. Since I sold my stang I dont get followed by cops. I have been followed for 4miles in a 35 zone doing 35. Cars around me are going by at 40 and running late yellows. The cop stayed on my ass. I think he trying to make me nervous enough to make a mistake. I dont buy into the BS of going with the teritory. It is nothing more than discrimination. My stang didnt stand out like yours either. My wife would jack me up for driving like an old man in town. Every one else is wizzing by over the speed limit.

firedog - don't waste you time trying to explain what and why you do it to some of these outstanding citizens. They don't want to hear it. Just keep putting your life on the line for them everyday and be there to scrape them off the pavement when they need help. Be carefull you will have to change your name to jaded firedog.

I do not dislike you as a person. I dislike the A-Hole cops that run around playing god.



One member here said I have never met a cop that wasn't jaded. You introduced yourself as someone that was not a jaded cop. You ended that post with a sm art alec remark. Essentially saying you were like many cops with a chip on your shoulder.



You knew that when you became a cop.



I knew getting into quality control that people are not going to like me. Nobody really likes being told that thier weld is bad and needs replaced.



Saying a good weld is bad is wrong. Something I do not do.

JadedRedfish, I have the upmost respect for the police. Just not the ones that pull the kind of crap that I explained. This cop let person after person get away with street saftey (violations) just to see if he could get me. Sorry thats the way I see it. NO exageration the street I was traveling on is aproxametly 4 miles long.

So true Stonemiser. Too many 'angry' people on here, always wanting to get onto someone for either stated or perceived comments. It is America and you have the right to your opinion(s) but we all know what they say about opinions........they are like a$$h0les, everybody has one and they all stink.



Shouldn't this be a place where we can get away from all that crap? Enough in our everyday lives at work and other activities. Sure we will never completely sanitize the board but lets make it a happy place rather than like watching the news everyday with the shootings, robberies, scandal, corruption, etc, etc. We are better than that, we are ST drivers.

The 4 years I have been on this board I have watched you sling crap at people time after time. Someone would call you down on it and you slung more crap. Figure out which side of your mouth tells truth. Or you the pot that calls the kettle black.

Go back and read, please. The majority of what I post is joking and making light of a situation that has gotten well off topic and lighten the mood.



Note I said majority, you will be able to find quotes here and there where I have called people out - usually I will do it rhetorically and generically and let them figure out for themselves if my comment pertains to them. It's called 'let people think critically about their own actions'. It is rare I call someone out by name.



Also make sure you are not confusing the various Travis' on the board.



Thanks for continuing to promote the anger, I would expect a self-proclaimed christian to give someone (or a board) a chance to change. (Ok, I called you out but I do not believe I cast the first stone). But now youa are supposed to critically think about your actions.



Even if I am guilty of what you perceive, it is time to clean things up around here.
