HD from Dish Network

I have had my HD stuff for about 2 years now. I am sick of waiting on my local ABC to put out the HD signal. Is there anything I can do? Does anyone know if I Dish Network will allow me to see an ABC station through their Sats, in order to see ABC HD? I went through the wavier crap with Direct TV a while back and have since changed to Dish Network. Direct TV and Fox did not allow me to pick up a different fox station in order to see HD. To me its only fair if your local station sucks that bad, they should allow you to view a station from a different area in order to see the shows in HD. Any help would be great!

If I am correct they are offering locals in HD now for 5.99 a month. They you have to have a second sat installed. My girlfriends dad just got HD and looked into it. They needed to install another dish 500.

I already have the HD Dish. My local channels here are not all in HD. So they would not be my local channels they would be offering...
