So, I’m a car guy that has a boat. Can’t tow a boat with a car so where do you find a V8 SUV that is strong like a truck to pull the boat but still be ‘sporty’?

Previous vehicles:
1988 Toyota MR2 Supercharged
2003 Toyota MR2 Turbo
2006 Jaguar S-Type R
2006 Porsche Cayanne S (I know it’s not a car but I always wanted a Porsche so I bought it for X wife while we were married)

That’s when I found the original SUT and needed one! I drove from Orlando to Sarasota, FL, to purchase this very well maintained 2008 STA V8:

I’m not a huge fan of the bed topper so if anyone wants to trade let me know!

Welcome and good luck with it..... They have a laundry list of issues. But the first thing is change your radiator cap to a 16lb.... the oem 20 is insane !! 98 mustang v6 cap fits...

Welcome !!! Good bunch of folks here !!!!!!

Already changed out the front hub bearings to Moog’s. Definitely made a difference and was pretty easy.

I’ve heard the rears are tough but it should just be the rear axel and parking break, correct?

The whole assembly must come off, the rears are pressed in, Must be pressed in and out, and replace the hub and bearing, mis matching only wears out faster. Have to take off everything.

Welcome!

Other then the airfoil on the bed cover, it's not a bad looking cover. Can you remove the cover or it one of those installed lids with hydraulic lifts?
