^ Find the lowest profile head possible. Ever thought of having a body shop rivet them?

on line, Not here, But I used small pan heads, Stainless steel, Worked perfect.

Are there any links/videos showing what this looks like? tia
Re-using the existing actuator bracket is another option. Assuming you have the glass run channel removed held by one 11mm bolt and the wiring disconnected. Front actuators have much easier access than rear. Removing old actuators from the brackets is easy by prying it out with a short wide bladed screwdriver. Installing the replacement actuator in the existing bracket is a little trickier. I used an open end wrench to spread the bracket apart. Be careful and don't cut or pinch your fingers. Use gloves if needed. I can take pics of the procedure if needed. LMK
