I am new to this and just got a 2005 Sport trac xlt. been wanting one of these for a long time and my Ranger finally gave up and came across this by accident. very happy with it even with the problems. Biggest was a leaking fuel pump right at the out put fitting. changed the pump and now the gauge start to go down from empty. replace the fuel pump again no change. took instrument cluster out to check for anti slosh board none there. some sort of little black box attached to fuel pump pigtail. No idea what it is or does. appreciate any assistance available. Roger.

Welcome Roger, Sorry I havent had or remember any post about that problem.
We do have 2 other Hawaiians that are active on this board. One is SWS Hawaii, he is good at running down issues. I think he has some accounts with service logs.
