Fog Lights on with Low or High Beams (2003)

There are two fuse boxes on you 2003 ST. The one you want is located in the front / left side of your engine.
It is by the air filter, underneath the radiator hose you will see a small rectangular box. You may have to cut the tape that is around the fuse box.

Take off the cover, you should see four fuses of various sizes.

Take out the front / right fuse

Now take a look at the picture of the fuse to see which prong you need to cut off. Cover the prong with something that will prevent contact when you place it back in.
As all projects that involve some sort of tweaking, you don't know the long term effects.
But this is a project that has been done since the 2001 ST's .

Ford must have caught on to what folks were doing. My '04 required me to completely take the power box apart. clip a wire and take it to ground.
 
Eddie, No the light switch is different, dash is different,,,, they changed the wiring...
