Door mirror swap

Hello all I have a 2002 ST..I want to change my exterior door mirrors to the ones that have the turn signal (if there is one)! If so is there a vehicle that could be a good doner. Preferably a direct fit.. Also I would assume that this is not pre-wired and I would have to run extra wiring.
Any information would be helpful

If you don't have any luck finding something OEM, you might try an aftermarket solution such as these (just an example I have no experience with them):

didn't a company called MUTH make them back in the day?.... also I believe the earlier 99-01 explorers may fit.... Just different options.... Not 100 though..

Do you want the ones with the turn signal facing aft from the mirror or the ones that go on the housing facing forward?

Hello I prefer the ones on the Housing over the ones on the mirror

I have looked for some kind of strip type light that I could put on the existing housing. I might get a little more serious in the spring. I want something that looks good but is still functional. if I find something I'll post it.
